For project fasteners, include as much of the following as possible.
- Standard or drawing number
- Diameter, length, thread pitch and thread length
- Grade / material and heat-treatment requirement
- Surface treatment / coating
- Quantity and matched nuts / washers / plates
- Required documents, inspection or packing
- Destination country / port and requested trade term
