Dimensional Inspection
Diameter, length, head dimensions, thread length, pitch and matched components.
Inspection points
The exact inspection scope depends on the product, standard, grade, material, finish, quantity and project acceptance requirements.

Diameter, length, head dimensions, thread length, pitch and matched components.

Hardness testing can be arranged against the approved grade and order requirement when required.

Tensile and related mechanical tests can be arranged when required by the order.

Appearance, coating condition and finish requirements are reviewed against the order.
Documentation
When a project requires approval documents, the exact document list should be included in the RFQ. Availability, cost and lead time depend on the product, test basis and inspection scope.
Packing and shipment
Packing is selected according to fastener size, finish, weight, transport conditions and customer requirements.

Heavy and mixed fastener orders can be palletized for handling and export transport.

Order staging and loading are coordinated with product weight and packing method in mind.

Products, matched components and packing marks are checked before final shipment preparation.
Quality principle
FASNA does not present unverified load, torque or performance values as certified data. When a project requires approval, the correct test method and reporting basis must be agreed first.
